Can I rent bikes overnight?
Absolutely! Overnight rentals are available provided you have a secure indoor space for the bike, ideally with CCTV or in a garage. For eBikes, we'll supply keys for indoor charging to ensure your bike is ready to go the next day.
What is the cancellation policy for bike rentals?
We offer a flexible 48-hour cancellation policy for direct bookings. While we understand plans can change, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs or help reschedule your adventure if something unexpected comes up.
What happens if it rains on the day of my bike rental?
We're prepared for light rain and the adventure continues! However, for your safety and comfort, we'll cancel the rental in cases of torrential downpours. We monitor weather conditions closely and will keep you updated.
